New Medal: Contest Hopeful Medal

Me iz sick. AGAIN. Well tommorow I can FINALLY go back to school! :D
Anyway...
Theres a new medal called "Contest Hopeful Medal" and its for those who get the highest votes for the Voting Center. Since I was under "Hot Fanarts" many people voted on my entry. Which is how I got the medal. You only level up one level (so far).
